People in Scarborough are being encouraged to shop local on the high street to support businesses.

A new initiative has started called 'Explore Indie', which aims to help with post-lockdown recovery, boost the economy and to create jobs.

It is a not-for-profit coffee and pop-up shop on St. Nicholas Street and around 30 independent businesses are already involved.

Explore Indie initiative that can involve all the other amazing independent businesses in our town.
